We offer a 14-day return policy to ensure confidence and peace of mind with your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned within 14 days of delivery in the same condition in which it was received, including all original packaging, accessories, and accompanying documentation. Proof of purchase is required.
Items that have been worn, altered, damaged, or customized may not be eligible for return. Certain custom or special-order items may be excluded from this policy.
Once the return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for processing depending on your payment provider.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective. We strongly recommend using a fully insured and trackable shipping service for all returns.

Yes. All watches sold by WatchCenter SF include a 1-year in-house warranty covering mechanical issues related to the proper functioning of the watch under normal use.
The warranty does not cover water damage, accidental or physical damage, cosmetic wear, polishing, damage to external components, or issues resulting from misuse, third-party repairs, or modifications. Please contact us directly for warranty service inquiries.
No. WatchCenter is an independent company and is not affiliated with Rolex Watch U.S.A., Inc. or Rolex International. The installation of custom or aftermarket accessories may void the original manufacturer warranty and may prevent future factory servicing through Rolex.
